These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Anxin Move mobile application (the "Service"), package com.linknova.axsjbj on Google Play, operated by LinkNova ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Anxin Move provides local Wi-Fi phone clone and file transfer between Android devices you control: peer-to-peer discovery (QR code, connection code, or nearby devices) and transfer of categories you select (such as photos, videos, music, documents, apps, contacts, and SMS exports).
Transfers are intended for the same local network. The Service does not provide public-cloud remote transfer of your files as a core feature.
Your responsibilities
- Use the Service only on devices and with data you are authorized to access and transfer.
- Keep both devices and your Wi-Fi under trusted control during transfer.
- Grant only the permissions needed for the categories you choose; you may deny permissions you do not need (some features will then be unavailable).
- Comply with applicable law, including telecom, copyright, and privacy rules in your country.
Accounts
Basic use does not require creating an account with us. Preferences are kept on your device unless a future feature (disclosed before launch) changes that.

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted transfers on every network or device. Always verify important data after a clone or share. We are not responsible for loss arising from unstable Wi-Fi, user cancellation, insufficient storage, or OS permission denials.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkNova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
